Managing or deleting your online Tall Moi account

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA”), you can also contact us if you wish to deactivate your online account. Note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time.

You can opt out of receiving promotional communications from us at any time by doing the following:

When making an exchange, the replacement product(s) will be sent when the return package is in transit on its way back to us.

Exchanges cannot be guaranteed if the return package is not mailed within 30 days of your original delivery. If delayed, replacement products may be out of stock.

Where will my refund be applied?

The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
